So let’s get into what the new Samsung flagships bring to the table:

Samsung fixed its biggest design flaw in the Galaxy S8/S8+ which is the fingerprint sensor. The awkward placement of the sensor in the 2017 flagships has been moved to a position which is more easily reachable.

Galaxy S9 has a 5.8″ display with a pixel density of 570 ppi whereas S9+ has a 6.2″ display with a pixel density of 529 ppi. We see the same 18.5:9 aspect ratio as with the Galaxy S8 and S8+.

The bezel size has reduced even further and the iris scanner is now hidden in the upper bezel.

Samsung has improved its camera a lot as compared to the S8. The rear camera now dual aperture modes – F1.5 for better low-light photography and F2.4 for photography in adequate lighting conditions.

You can adjust your hair, put on some glasses and new clothes. All this and then Samsung will provide you with some predefined stickers using the above created emojis as base.

Samsung also has updated its Bixby app and introduced Bixby Vision. You can just bring up your camera or pull up an image and open the Bixby Vision to find out more details about it.
