Long gone are the days of tangled wires and cumbersome earphones. We live in a wireless age, and every day(almost) we hear about the launch of a new wireless. Vinyl Communications is also launching its own brand of wireless earbuds UNI. And at the time of writing this article, their Indiegogo campaign is already funded 1700%!
So what’s so special about these earbuds that help them stand out of the crowd? Let’s find out.
UNI claims itself as the world’s most advanced true wireless earbuds, and offers a lot of features:
UNI comes in a wireless charging case which allows you to simply put your earbuds in the case and place it on a UNI charging case, or even your smartphone’s Qi charging pad. Isn’t that neat? That means no more buying multiple charging pads.
Great battery life
Now this might sound too good to be true, but UNI earbuds have a battery life of over 360 hours! Yes, you read that right. The case is equipped with a 3500 mAh battery. Using the earbuds with the case will get you around 360 hours of playtime. That means less time charging and more time listening to your favorite tunes. And that’s not it, you can also use the case to charge your smartphone.
UNI uses a customized driver made of Graphene, that allows it to deliver rich mids and highs, with the perfect balance of bass tones. They also employ aptX technology that allows delivery of HD audio over bluetooth
UNI earbuds are IPX7 rated inside and outside. That makes them the perfect companion for swimming, surfing and the likes. They can be submerged in water up to 1m for 30 minutes, which is the standard depth and time for IPx7 rated equipment.
Other features include Bluetooth 5 and intuitive touch sensors. And what’s more, they will be available in a variety of colors.
And if you were wondering if these are the one-size-fits-all kind of earbuds (like some out there), don’t fret, because they come with different sizes of silicone ear tips so you can get the fit you want. This is what will be available in the box.
UNI wireless earbuds are up for preorder here and will start shipping in January 2019. Let us know in the comment section what you think about these wireless earbuds.
